Who We Are

V X Capital Partners Pvt Ltd formerly known as V-Share Ventures Pvt Ltd is a pioneering consultancy and SME enabler in Sri Lanka, founded by Darshika Wickramasinghe after more than a decade of hands on engagement with the SME sector. We specialize in:
  • Structuring and Governance – helping SMEs establish strong foundations.
  • Coaching, Mentoring, and Pathfinding – guiding entrepreneurs through every stage of their business life cycle.
  • Capital Raising – assisting SMEs to access growth capital through the Colombo Stock Exchange’s Empower Board, where we hold a sponsorship license to list SMEs.
Our philosophy is simple: SMEs are the backbone of the economy, and we exist to strengthen that backbone.

Our Story

VX Capital Partners was born out of a vision by Darshika Wickramasinghe to transform Sri Lanka’s SME landscape. After more than a decade of consulting, mentoring, and guiding entrepreneurs, she recognized the need for a structured platform that could help SMEs not only survive but thrive. SMEs often struggle with governance, access to capital, and sustainable growth. At Vshare Ventures, we bridge these gaps by combining strategic consulting, governance frameworks, and capital market integration
