Ms. S N Darshika Wickramasinghe

Darshika holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Postgraduate Institute of Management, University of Sri Jayewardenepura, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (Finance Special) from the same university. She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Certified Management Accountants (ACMA) and an Associate Member of the Chartered Professional Managers of Sri Lanka (ACPM). She has also successfully completed the Certificate in Capital Markets (CCM) and partially completed the Diploma in Capital Markets (DCM) offered by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka. With over 11 years of experience, Darshika has developed strong expertise across Corporate Finance, Business Analysis, Financial Research, Compliance, Management Accounting, Financial Accounting, Capital Markets, and Investment Analysis.

Mr. Chaminda Ranatunga

Chaminda Ranatunga is the Managing Director of Investrust Capital, with over 30 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, and structured finance across South and Southeast Asia. He has led transactions exceeding USD 300 million and advised governments, DFIs, and corporates on capital markets and financial strategy. Chaminda is an ACMA (UK) and holds an MBA from Trinity University (USA). He also serves as Partner of Stratec Partners in Singapore, focusing on cross-border PE advisory and sustainable growth.

Mr. A Naleen D De Silva

Naleen Dhammika De Silva is a respected Sri Lankan corporate executive and accounting professional with over two decades of experience in finance, governance, and professional education. He holds an MBA from the Postgraduate Institute of Management, University of Sri Jayewardenepura, and is a Fellow Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians of Sri Lanka (AAT). Mr. De Silva has served as the President of AAT Sri Lanka, providing strategic leadership to advance the accounting profession and strengthen industry–academic collaboration. He has also held senior management and board-level positions across several organizations, contributing expertise in financial management, corporate governance, and strategic development.

Ms. Gunathma Dahanayake

Gunathma Dahanayake is a Sri Lankan finance and banking professional with academic and industry experience. She holds an MBA and professional banking qualifications (including FIB(SL), AIB(SL), and CPM certification), and has worked in compliance management at Pan Asia Banking Corporation PLC. In addition to her banking role, she is involved in academia as a senior lecturer in finance and research methodology, and has participated as an examiner for the Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka, contributing to professional education and training in the financial sector.

Dr. Dilhan Sampath Jayathilake

Dr. Dilhan Sampath Jayathilake is a Sri Lankan business and marketing professional with extensive experience in corporate leadership, business development, and professional body engagement. He holds a PhD in Business Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility, an MBA, and an honours degree in Marketing Management, along with several professional qualifications from local and international institutions. Dr. Jayathilake has served in senior roles such as Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Head of Business Development, and Director across multiple private sector organizations, while also working as a business consultant. He is a Fellow Member of several international professional bodies and a Chartered Professional Manager in Sri Lanka. In addition to his corporate career, he has been actively involved in youth and community service, having served as National President of Junior Chamber International (JCI) Sri Lanka and held leadership roles in Rotaract, Rotary, and Lions Clubs. He is also a regular contributor to business and leadership discussions through articles, public speaking, and industry forums.

Mr. K D Dushantha Ranadeva

Kalupage Dinesh Dushantha Ranadeva is a seasoned Tax Consultant and Audit Director with over 15 years of experience in the tax and audit sector, serving both SMEs and listed companies. He currently serves as Audit Director at Thennakoon & Company, Director of Lotus Management & Secretarial Services (Pvt) Ltd, and Sole Proprietor of D & D Associates.
